Autoplus Radio v.3.7 is our flagship product for the radio market. It's a further developed version of our successful 3.6 product.
Key Features
1.) Simple User Interface
The display shows obvious counters and the queue is red or green to instantly tell you which mode of operation you are in: minimising mistakes.
2.) 5 fully functional cart decks
Each cart player contains the essential information that you need. You can see the current progress of the cart using the timers or the progress bar. The title and artist are shown and the font / font size can be adjusted to the user preference. Carts can be paused / resumed by the presenter for total flexibility.
3.) Active Log with Voice Tracking and Segue Editor
The Active Log brings together your music, commercials and jingles and lets you easily browse and edit your entire playlist. Autoplus calculates the estimated start time for each event on the playlist making it very easy to create accurate voice- tracked programmes.
Every segue (mix) can be fine tuned using the segue editor. As you can see from the image above, a simple drag and drop manoeuvre changes the way items mix. A waveform is displayed to aid with this process.
Voice-tracks can be added at the click of a button. Voice-tracking within Autoplus is "in-context". The user hears the remainder of the previous track and the beginning of the next track while recording which helps keep the presenters tone- of-voice in-tune with the material surrounding it.
The Active Log also allows advanced timings to occur, such as automated news bulletins, switching of satellite feeds, etc.
4.) Quick Buttons
Each user on the system has a set of 400 quick buttons. Quick Buttons are instant fire carts which are organised in 20 pages of 20 carts.
As the image above suggests the Quick Buttons are highly customisable. The colours can be set to make a visually appealing and presenter friendly layout.
Carts can easily be added to the Quick Buttons using a drag and drop action.
One touch of the button fires the associated audio. During playback the background of the playing button toggles from green to red and a progress bar and VU meter show.
5.) Media Library
The Media Library is the heart of Autoplus. Carts can be browed and searched here. Our advanced searching capabilities mean you can find tracks within seconds. Search by artist, title or duration- all in the same screen!
6.) CD Ripper
The in-built CD ripper lets you quickly ingest new material from the CD-ROM drive. Advanced features include CDDB support for track titles and automatic start of music and outro-marker detection. As soon as tracks are ripped they're broadcast ready.
7.) Editor
The in-build editor lets you edit ingested audio. You can cut an interview, edit a song and drag and drop cue markers onto the audio.
The editor is fully functional and lets you apply a number of effects, such as normalisation, fade ins, fade outs, cut, copy, paste, etc.
As per the rest of the package, the Editor has been designed for ease of use. It's powerful yet uncluttered.
